<![CDATA[USB Wiimote Charging Cradle]]> http://tokyozakka.com/wiimote-usb-charging-cradle.html The USB Wiimote Charging Cradle does exactly what it says on the box – it charges your controller so you can keep the Wii fires burning long into the night without having to hunt for batteries. Each pack comes with an elegant white cradle that matches the console and attaches to the USB port on your Nintendo Wii, along with a rechargeable battery pack. To get things juiced up, simply discard the original battery compartment cover and any boring old dry cells and slap in the new pack. After that, it’s a simple matter of resting the Wiimote in the cradle until it charges. And, of course, two or more cradles can be hooked together to charge the whole family’s Wiimotes in one fell swoop. A full charge takes just over three hours and gives an amazing 30 hours of gaming. Even a quick charge of just a few minutes should last an evening. We find the simplest way is to just leave the Wiimote in the cradle most nights and never worry about batteries again. <![CDATA[Bone Conduction Audio Headband]]> http://tokyozakka.com/bone-conduction-headband.html The Vonia Bone Conducting Music Headband, to give it its full name, might look a little nerdy, but the experience of listening to music through your skull bones instead of your ears has to be experienced to be believed. The thinking behind the technology is that leaving ears free to hear what’s going on around you is a Very Good Thing. In other words, it’s a nice idea to be able to hear that speeding car before it hits you while out jogging with your tunes. It’s not all so serious, of course – cutting out all the wires associated with regular headphones makes exercising anywhere easier. Best of all, the player and ‘speaker’ enclosures are waterproof, so you can take this beauty swimming or go running in the rain without worrying about your gear! Just don’t take it on your next scuba dive – it’s not rated for total immersion. The Vonia can accommodate any audio player that’s up to 3.5cm (1.37in) long and has a 3.5mm output jack - an iPod shuffle is an ideal fit, for example - but do check the length of your player before buying, please. Just connect your player, seal it in the waterproof pouch on the headband and slip it on – the sound-producing units within the Vonia should sit just behind each ear and you’re good to go. There’s no need for any external power, so no wires at all to worry about. Specifications Output: 70mW Sensitivity: 74dB +/- 3dB Impedance: 10 Ohms +/- 20% (DCR). No power source needed. The bone-conducting technology is compatible with any sound source with a stereo mini jack output. Wanna know more about this? Just ask us a question!

<![CDATA[MP3 & AVI Watch and Video Camera]]> http://tokyozakka.com/audiovideowatch.html The MP3 & AVI Wristwatch and Video Camera (WVC) is a marvel of miniature engineering, combining both a video camera and a player that uses the gorgeous 1.8in TFT screen to show off AVI and 3GP videos you’ve shot yourself or downloaded. It even plays back your audio tracks too! As well as being a full-functioned, stylish wristwatch for the discerning geek, the WVC (that full name’s just too long, eh?) has a 1.3mp lens nestled on the bezel just above that beautiful screen. Hit the snap button and the still shots go straight into the 2GB of onboard flash memory. Alternatively, switch to video mode and start laying down discreet vids on the sly (we prefer to be open about it, but just keep it legal, K?). And there’s even more – use the USB connection to throw on e-books or JPEG images and view those on the screen too. To save the battery, there’s an auto power-off function as well. Battery life for the internal li-ion cell (it recharges while connected to your PC, natch) is around two hours, while the timekeeping mechanism uses a regular watch battery. Other supported file formats include MP1, MP2, MP4, WMA and WAV. That last one’s the voice-recorder format – oh, didn't we mention that nice little extra yet? You know you want it!
